We accept payment via all major credit cards, PayPal, and Etsy gift cards in our Etsy shop.
Shipping:
Instant Downloads are available once payment is complete. For personalized items, a digital proof is emailed within 2 days from time of purchase and receipt of all information needed to complete the order. Once you approve, the design is yours to print as many times as you need!
Refunds:
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer any refunds. I hope that you will be more than happy with your purchase, but if you are not for any reason, please let me know and I will do my best to correct the problem and make it right!

Files cannot be edited or altered in any way. All files are for personal use only. Please do not to redistribute or share. We cannot guarantee color output on digital files as colors vary from screen to screen. Monitor colors may show different than printed output. Paper type and printer settings may also need to be adjusted if you are not getting the results you want.
What are your hours?
Our shop is online only so you may purchase 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Emails and convos will be answered from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends as time permits.
How long will my order take?
Personalized invitation proofs are emailed within two days. For orders with printing services, please allow an additional two days processing time. Once printing orders are processed they are mailed out via USPS Priority shipping which is a shipping time of 1-3 business days. Please remember processing times and shipping times are separate.
Can I change the color or font on my file?
Designs are sold as shown and do not include custom changes.
How are my files sent to me?
Your order files will be sent to the email account that is shown on your Etsy account in PDF file format. Please check your Spam folder if you do not see your files within two days from the time you purchased.
Will I receive my invitations in the mail or will I only receive a digital file?
If you do not add our printing services to your order, no printed materials will be shipped. You will receive your files via email in two days or fewer. If you choose our printing services you will receive your invitations via USPS Priority Mail shipping. Please add an additional time of two days for processing and 1-3 business days for shipping times for printing orders.
The printer I am using says I need a copyright release. What should I do?
I am so sorry for the inconvenience! Most office/copy centers are familiar with printables as they are a very popular option these days. However, should an employee question this please email me and I am happy to send them an email giving my permission. Please ask for an appropriate email address for your printer before contacting me so that I may get permission out for you as soon as possible.
What size are my invitations?
Invitations are both 5”x7” and 4″ x 8″ in size, depending on the design you choose.
Where do I send the photo for my photo invitations?
If you have placed an order for an invitation order including a photo, please send your high-resolution photo to our email address at toosweetprintables [!at] gmail.com. Please be sure it is a high-resolution photo suitable for printing.
How many copies can I print?
You may print as many items as you need – that is the beauty of printables! Please only print for your own personal use.
